TIRU wins the Innovation Trophy at the Waste Convention

During the 14th edition of the National Waste Convention held in Nantes the 28th and 29th september, TIRU and RUN ECO TEAM won  the Societal Innovation Prize for their eco-citizen partnership: Let's run for a cleaner world.

Societal Innovation Prize

3 categories, 3 projects and 3 minutes!

Nominated among 3 finalists for its citizenship project, the duo TIRU - RUN ECO TEAM seduced the jury and the convention public indeed on the stage of the congress hall of Nantes with its 3 minutes' pitch! Defeating Suez and another digital project, TIRU - RUN ECO TEAM won the "Societal Initiative Trophy" handed over during the Speed Meeting Innovation. The first edition of a competition was initiated by Thierry Meunier, the President of the event, who gave the Trophy with Marc Mortureux (the Risk Prevention General Director) to Laurence Boulin and Antoine Tresse, the association representative. The awarded initiative, which combines running with waste-picking, has been chosen for its educational and citizenship integration. This partnership seduces the general public, but also our clients who claim to be interested by this project, allowing them to communicate about the good sorting gestures.
